Yoga Specialists' Mini Adaptive Yoga Certification
Students can complete the entire training online, and at their own pace. All students who complete training are considered certified to lead adaptive yoga.
Students will receive access to pre-recorded video lectures, asana practices with Michelle, as well as written content.
Yoga Specialists teaches traditional yogic principles while focusing on adaptive and trauma sensitive content to provide the skills necessary to expand the scope of yoga to the community at large.
